The affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the Respondents categorically make the following statement :- "3. It is humbly submitted that the Respondent No.2 vide its order dated 17.11.2018 has granted approval to the post of the petitioner with effect from 01.07.2016 along with the pay scale of 9300-34800 G.P.4600/- as Full Time Teacher in aided Junior College in the Petitioner No.2 Institute. It is humbly submitted that a copy of the order dated 17.11.2018 has been handed over to the Petitioner No.1 in person on the same day i.e. on 17.11.2018. Hereto annexed and marked as EXHIBIT-A is a copy of the said order dated 17.11.2018." 2.

In the wake of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and the same stands disposed off as infructuous.
