Perused the letter dated 6th May 2021, addressed by the learned Civil Judge Junior Division & Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Shirala. The learned Judge has simply asked for sufficient time for disposing the R.C.C No.119 of 2019 and has not specified how much time is required to dispose of the said case nor is it mentioned how many witnesses are yet to be examined.

Considering the aforesaid, time is extended by nine months from 6th May 2021, to dispose of R.C.C No.119 of 2019. The learned Judge shall make an endeavour to to conclude the case, within the N. S. Chitnis 1/2
