Letter dated 6th December 2022 was received through Jail Superintendent, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kolhapur which was addressed by convict-Dattatray Ramchandra Jadhav. By the said letter, the convict has prayed to expedite the hearing of his another Writ Petition No. 5845 of 2021. The said letter was treated as criminal writ petition and was numbered as Criminal Writ Petition No. 462 of 2023. 2.

Record indicates that Writ Petition No. 5845 of 2021 is disposed of inally by this Court vide its order dated 3rd April 2023. In view of this, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition and the same is disposed of as infructuous.
