The Petitioner challenges the transfer of Respondent No.3. The Original Application filed by the Petitioner before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal is dismissed on 10th December 2021. Respondent No.3 was transferred under order dated 9th August 2021.

According to Mr.Dere, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Respondent No.3 was transferred to the post of the Petitioner and the Petitioner was transferred elsewhere.

It is not disputed that the Petitioner has completed his tenure. Now, the general transfers are to be effectuated. Basavraj 1/2

Respondent No.1 may consider the representation filed by the Petitioner on 6th April 2023 on its own merits at the time of Annual General Transfer.
