Heard the learned APP for the State.

On perusal of the order dated 25/02/2020, it can be discerned that the prosecution case is to the effect that the scheme was introduced by the Government for betterment of the people belonging to the Scheduled Casts and for enabling them to enter into the business of forming the co-operative society, in the year 2008, the society was formed. 2/2 18 ABA-388-20.doc allegations against the accused persons in the complaint is to the effect that, they had misappropriated the amount belonging to the said society, false memberships were allotted and on an audit being conducted, the complaint was lodged. 4.

In the order dated 25/02/2020, noting a prima facie, case in favour of the applicants, the applicants were directed to report to the EOW, Oras, Sindhudurga on the particular dates and, thereafter, as and when called for. 5.

The said order is in operation till today. It is not the case of the prosecution that the applicants have not rendered their co-operation in the offence, which is registered in the year 2019. In such circumstances, I deem it appropriate to confrm the said order granted on 25/02/2020, subject to the same stipulation that the applicants shall continue to render the cooperation to the EOW, Oras, Sindhudurga, by reporting it as and when called for.
