It is stated in the civil application that after this Court was pleased to admit this writ petition and granted stay upto 6th December 2004, the applicants/petitioners have been depositing rent regularly in the District Court Satara from 2008 onwards till 2012. It is stated in the application that the applicants, when they went to deposit the rent in January 2013, the District Court Satara refused to accept the rent since there was no specific order to the District Court Satara to accept the rent from the applicants/petitioners. The applicants, therefore, request that the applicants be permitted to deposit the regular rent in respect of the suit property either in District Court, Satara or in the registry of this Court. 906.caw.387.14 wp.3492.2004.doc By an order dated 14th February 2014, the applicants/petitioners were permitted to deposit the rent in the District Court Satara from January 2013 onwards and applicants are permitted to deposit within six weeks and continue to deposit regularly from March 2014 onwards on or before 15th day of the next succeeding month under intimation to the respondents. The counsel appearing for the applicants states that she has no instructions whether the applicants/petitioners have complied with the directions contained in order dated 14th February 2014 or not. It is made clear that the applicants will deposit upto date rent as per the order dated 14th February 2014 and go on depositing the rent from March 2015 onwards on or before 5th day of next succeeding month under intimation to the respondents. If the applicants commit even one breach of this direction, the stay granted will stand vacated.

The civil application stands disposed.
