P.C. :­ 1] Not on board. Upon production, taken on board. 2] The Petitioner has already instituted an appeal challenging his disqualification before the Commissioner, Pune Division. Since the appeal is pending, there is no question of entertaining the present petition. This petition is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to pursue the appeal before the Commissioner.

3] The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the election to the posts of Sarpanch are scheduled on 10 February 2016. If that be so, the Petitioner is at liberty to move the Commissioner for interim reliefs. The application for interim reliefs may be decided by the Commissioner, in accordance with law and on its own merits.
