This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. After arguing for sometime, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw the application being Bail Application No. 3638/2019. Application was accordingly dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 21.01.2021.
