The Petitioners are seeking a direction to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to recover the balance amount payable by Respondent No.4. The orders were passed directing to serve Respondent No.4. Since Respondent No.4 was not served, the Registry has endorsed that the Petition stands dismissed as against Respondent No.4 by order dated 20 February 2020. Since the Petition is dismissed as against Respondent No.4, who is the main Respondent, rest of the Petition obviously does not survive and is accordingly disposed of. (MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.)
