At the request of learned Counsel for the petitioner, leave to amend the prayer clause forthwith.

Present application is filed by the applicant for taking the applicant on record as legal heir of the deceased-petitioner. It is submitted that delay has been caused in filing the application. The petition is filed against the order rejecting Caste claim of the original petitioner. The matter pertains to social status.

In the light of that, the application filed is misconceived. The wife, certainly, could not have filed the application as a legal heir of the

Liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application by the competent person.

The application is disposed of.
