The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The grievance of the Petitioner is for seeking transfer to nearby prison of his native place i.e. Ratnagiri. However, the report tendered by the learned APP states that the Petitioner has completed his imprisonment and stands released on 31/08/2019. In view thereof, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
