First Appeal has been preferred by the State being aggrieved by the judgment and award dated 28th March, 1994 passed in L.A.R. No. 1078 of 1989.

Reference Court has enhanced the compensation to Rs. 89,553/- from the compensation of Rs. 45,908/- awarded by SLAO. 3.
Considering the meager enhancement, this Court is not inclined to entertain the First Appeal. First Appeal is dismissed. 4.
