These are the applications for condition of delay of 6 years 347 days in filing the Criminal Application and restoration of Criminal Application No. 593 of 2007.

Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

It appears from the record that no ground of condonation of the said inordinate delay is made out. Likewise, there is no reason to restore the Criminal Application No. 593 of 2007 is made out, which was dismissed by a self operative order dated 21.01.2009.
