This is a subsequent application seeking enlargement on bail.

On 27th June, 2018, the application fled by the present applicant was withdrawn as the Court was not inclined to grant bail.

Mundargi vehemently submits that the applicant herein is about 70 years old, however,

The applicant is in custody since 24th June, 2017. In view of this, the trial needs to be expedited.

Learned Sessions Judge, Pandharpur seized with Sessions Case No.62 of 2017, in the given circumstance, shall frame the charge expeditiously and conclude recording of evidence as far as possible within seven months from the date of framing of charge. ( Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav , J)
