910-wp-4654-2022.doc Education Officer (Secondary), Kolhapur is directed to accept the pension proposal which has been forwarded to him. Thereafter, the Education Officer has to decide it in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of the order. Respondent No.4 is directed to forward the pension proposal of the Petitioner to Respondent No.3 within a period of one week from the date of the order. Education Officer is directed to receive the pension proposal and decide it in accordance with law at the earliest and in any case, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the proposal received by the him. Education Officer is further directed to communicate the decision taken on the pension proposal to the Petitioner. Rule made absolute on the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
