P.C.:- This is an Application for restoration of Second Appeal No. 796 of 2015 with Civil Application No.279 of 2019, which were dismissed for want of prosecution by an Order dated 12th February, 2019. The present Application is filed within a period of limitation. Mr. Shah, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1b, 1c, 2 and 3 has no objection for restoration of the Second Appeal so also the Civil Application No.279 of 2019.
