After their arrest on December 24, 2018 in crime No.438/2018 for offence punishable under section 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Vaduj police station, District Satara, the applicants are seeking regular bail.

It is claimed that there are no antecedents against the applicants.

The allegations against the applicants are of committing theft of sand. In view thereof, case for bail is made out. Hence the order :­ i) The applicants be released on bail in Crime No.438/2018 for offence punishable under section 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Vaduj police station, District Satara upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/­ each with one or more sureties each in the like amount; ii) The applicants shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;

iii) In case it is noticed that the applicants are involved in similar type of offence, liberty is granted to the prosecution to move for cancellation of bail;

iv) Both the applications stand disposed of accordingly. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
