2024.02.17 11:03:32 +0530 SMITA RAJNIKANT JOSHI The only relief as prayed for in this Petition is that the Revisional Authority, namely Respondent No.2 - Hon'ble Minister of Forest and Revenue Department, be directed to decide the Revision Application filed by Petitioner as expeditiously as possible in the light of the urgency set out in the Petition. We note that the prayer, as made in the Petition to that effect, reads thus:- "(a):- This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus, or a writ, order or direction in the like nature or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondent No.2 the Hon'ble Minister of Forest and Revenue Department, Mantralaya to fix the hearing of the Revision Application No.113 of 2014 as early as possible." We also note that Revision Application itself is of the year 2014, which has somehow remained pending. Considering the facts and 15 February, 2024

908-WP-1923-2024.DOC circumstances, it is appropriate that the Revisional Authority decide the Revision Application as expeditiously as possible. We accordingly allow this Petition by directing the learned Revisional Authority to dispose of the Revision proceedings within a period of two months from the date a copy of this order is presented before the office of the Revisional Authority.
