Correction as suggested by the Registry herein above is required to be allowed for completeness. Judgment dated 05.06.2023 with the complete cause title as suggested by the Registry is permitted
to be corrected accordingly and corrected judgment be uploaded. Rest of the judgment & order dated 05.06.2023 shall remain the same. 4.
However at this stage Ms. Maindad, learned Advocate for Petitioners would inform the Court that the judgment dated 05.06.2023 passed by this Court is challenged before the Supreme Court in SLP (C) No. 18722/2023 and order dated 23.04.2024 passed therein. Copy of the order dated 23.04.2024 is placed before me. It is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Registry shall take cognizance of the said order and and accordingly proceed with taking any further steps for issuance of writ to the Competent Authority strictly in accordance with law keeping in mind the pending challenge before the Supreme Court.
