1] The limited relief claimed in the Petition is for a direction to the Respondents to consider the proposal of absorption of the Petitioner on account of closure of the school. Learned counsel for the Respondent - Zilla Parishad submits that the proposal of the Petitioner would be considered in accordance with law within a period of three months from today.

2] The Petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent BGP.
