Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in respect of the offence punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 341, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in connection with C.R. No.998 of 2022 dated 14/11/2022 registered with Mohol Police Station, District Solapur.

The dispute is between two families who are closely related to each, other over drawing of water from the well. The incident took place on 13/11/2022. It is alleged that 1/3
the main accused-Pandurang Shrikhande and Om Shrikhande assaulted the complainant and other family members from the side of the applicant. So far as the present applicant is concerned, she is the wife of Pandurang Shrikhande. There are cross FIRs filed by the parties against each other. Even the family members from the side of the accused are also injured who suffered simple injuries. So far as the present applicant is concerned, the allegation against her is that she assaulted Shantabai with an iron rod. Shantabai suffered simple injuries.

Considering the nature of the accusations and the fact that the main accused has already been arrested, the applicant's application can be allowed.

Hence, the following order :-
O R D E R
(a) Application is allowed.
(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R. No.998 of 2022 registered with Mohol Police Station, District Solapur, the applicant-Reshma w/o Pandurang Shrikhande shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. 2/3
Bond to the extent of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
(c) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station on 11/02/2023 between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.
(d) The applicant to co-operate with the Investigating Officer.
(e) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and shall not tamper with evidence.
(f) The applicant shall furnish the details of her residential address and phone number to the investigating officer.
