In this Application, this Court had already passed an order on 8th February, 2024, thereby rejecting the Application, still circulation was wrongly granted on 16th February, 2024. Since it was not pointed out that the order of rejection of the Application was already passed on 8th February, 2024, the order of "Reserved for orders" came to be passed. On realizing this inadvertent mistake, this Court passed another order dated 16th February, 2024. The same be read as below :- Circulation was wrongly granted by this Court. The Application was already disposed of on 8th February, 202024. Therefore, no order is necessary. Earlier order "Reserved for orders" stands recalled.
