DATE: JANUARY 03, 2022 P.C.:- 1] Since the Counsel for non-applicant consents for bearing travel expenses of Rs 2,000/- on each date when Applicant shall attend the proceedings of which transfer is sought, in my opinion, prayer for transfer need not be gone into.

2] Statement made by Counsel for non-applicant that non-applicant shall be depositing an amount of Rs 5,000/- in the pending proceedings within four weeks from today is accepted as an undertaking.
