By this application, the applicants seek to implead respondents no.3 to 5 as respondents in this Appeal. Mr. Bora has no objection for their impleadment.

Deshpande states that settlement talks are going on between

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.

Liberty is reserved to the applicants to take out separate application for prayer clause (b).

Amendment in the main Appeal shall be carried out within one week from today. Ad-interim order, if any, to continue.
