Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

The applicant is seeking stay to the operative part of impugned decree of maintenance.

Under the said decree, the applicant is directed to pay to the respondent an amount of Rs.6,000/­ per month. He has been further directed to pay an amount of Rs.1,50,000/­ towards Uday S. Jagtap

77-15-cam=.doc arrears of maintenance. The applicant claims that there was no marriage between himself and the respondent. However, positive finding is given by the trial Court that applicant married with the respondent in the year 1962.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to stay the imputed order.
