This matter is moved by way of praecipe dated 15.03.2016 for speaking to the minutes of order dated 24.02.2016. Learned Counsel appearing for the parties have submitted modification in the following terms: a. In the appearance, "None for the respondent No.3" be added.

b. All references in the entire order to "respondents No.1 and 3" be replaced with "respondents No.1 and 2". c. In paragraph 1, line No.4, "respondent No.3" be replaced with "respondent No.2".

d. Sentences appearing in paragraph 1 to the effect that "In view thereof, Mr. Ghanwat orally prays for deleting respondent No.2 from the proceedings. On the oral application made by Mr. Ghanwat, respondent No.2 is deleted from the proceedings." be deleted.
