There is now no urgency. There is no impending MPSC exam. It is not possible to grant the Petitioner's request to allow him to do a special re-examination with special facilities such as extra time or a writer in regard to his application for appointment to the post of a Talathi.

When the next public services examination schedule is announced, it is open to the Petitioner to approach the Court for appropriate special arrangements, i.e., either an enlargement of the time to complete the examination or the appointment of a special writer for that purpose (but not both). We note even at this stage 26th July 2023

904-ASWP-5193-2018.DOC that if either of these facilities is provided, arrangements will need to be made to isolate the Petitioner from the other candidates/aspirants appearing at that examination. 3.
