Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that there is an inadvertent error in the operative part of the order dated 23rd October, 2024. He states that in the operative order of para (a) first line the name of the accused "Applicant -Ashish 2 Bhaiya Suresh Shantanu Dhudum 1/2

1-IA-520-2023.doc Kharat" is incorrectly mentioned instead of "Applicant - Ashish @ Bhaiya Suresh Kharat".

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicant, in the said order in operative part of para (a) name of the accused "Applicant -Ashish 2 Bhaiya Suresh Kharat" be replaced with "Applicant - Ashish @ Bhaiya Suresh Kharat". 4.

Correction be carried out accordingly and corrected order be uploaded.
