Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants states that the Second Appeal is already admitted by Order dated 19th September 2016 and stay has also been granted by a separate Order dated 19th September 2016 passed in Civil Application No.1447 of 2015 in Second Appeal No.682 of 2015.

As the stay is granted in terms of prayer clause (a) of Civil Application No.1447 of 2015 on 19th September 2016 and the same has been continued from time to time, the said Civil Application No.1447 of 2015 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and disposed of.

The Interim Application is filed seeking early hearing of the Second Appeal No.682 of 2015.
