Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 3-Bank submits that the TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO decision of this Court in Abdul Majid Babaso Momin (supra) has been Shubham Talle 1 of

13-WP-1556-2013.doc challenged in the Hon'ble Apex Court by the Respondent No. 2-NABARD herein and the said PIL is still pending as per his instructions. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs that there is no stay to the order passed by this Court.

The decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Abdul Majid Babaso Momin (supra) will obviously govern the present case. In this view of the matter, the present Petition is disposed on the same terms as the order passed in Abdul Majid Babaso Momin (supra).
