The investigating officer shall place the same before the concerned doctor for their final opinion and the doctor shall submit their opinion within a period of one week thereafter. 3.

The application stands disposed of in view of above with liberty to approach the Sessions Court after receipt of the C.A. Report and the doctor's opinion as aforesaid.
