The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the Bail Application No.308 of 2015 with further liberty to approach the Sessions Court under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice.

Bail Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

The learned Sessions Court shall not be influenced by the withdrawal of the application and shall decide the application on its own merits. 4.

Anticipatory Bail Application No.170 of 2015 is already disposed of.
