The present First Appeal has been preferred against the Judgment and Award dated 30th August, 1993 passed by the Reference Court in LAR No.71 of 1990. The Reference Court has enhanced compensation to Rs.2,96,400/- from the amount of Rs.1,18,560/- awarded by the Special Land Acquisition OfÏcer. 2.

As per the Government Resolutions of Revenue and Forest Department, Government of Maharashtra, dated 3rd November, 2016 and 11th May, 2018, the Government had taken a conscious decision not to challenge the enhancement, if the same is within the limit of four times of the amount awarded by the Special Land Acquisition OfÏcer.

In light of the above, First Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. Court fees be refunded as per Rules. 4.

In view of the disposal of the First Appeal, Civil/Interim Applications, if any, do not survive for consideration and stands dismissed.
