Heard learned counsel (appointed) and learned APP. Perused the copy of letter dated 22nd April 2019 sent by Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Prison to Home Department (Prison). It appears that the prisoner has been given remission benefit of two months. The copy of said communication is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
