Interim Application is taken out seeking recall of order dated 30th October 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) by which four weeks time was granted to remove office objection failing which the registration of Second Appeal was directed to be refused. 2.

Mr. Patil states that the Second Appeal is not admitted and in fact, as there is delay in filing Second Appeal, delay condonation application bearing Civil Application (St) No.16048 of 2018 was pending when said order dated 30th October 2018 came to be passed. 1/2

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 4.
