By this Application, Applicants seek permission to bring on record legal heirs of Respondent No.4-Prahlad Narasgonda Patil, who expired on 24th December 2017.

Perused the reasons as stated in the application. It is submitted that Applicants were not informed about death of Respondent No.4 and immediately, after getting knowledge, the present application is moved.
