Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
The main grievance of the Petitioner is that though they filed Application under section 21A (1) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 dated 28.08.2015 before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Kolhapur, same is pending for hearing and disposal on its own merits.

20 wp1758-16.doc Registrar will decide the said complaint dated 28.08.2015 (Exhibit'N') at page 195 in Writ Petition as soon as early but in any case within four months from today after hearing both the sides. In view of the statement, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Hence, Writ Petition stands disposed of with these directions. All contentions of both the parties are kept open before the concerned officer.
