In paragraph (3) of the civil application, it has been mentioned that the advocate appearing for the applicant was in personal difficulty due to death in the family of the advocate on record and he had to rush to his native place. After coming from the native place, immediately thereafter the present Second Appeal has been filed. Hence, there is

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 6 and 7 opposes this application.

I have gone through the contents of the civil application and after hearing the parties, I am of the view that the grounds are made out to allow this civil application.
