1] It would be open for the petitioner to tender an appropriate application before the Superintendent of Land Records objecting to the orders passed by the Dy. Superintendent of Land Records, Malvan. If the petitioner tenders an appropriate application/ representation within four weeks from today, appropriate orders shall be passed by the Superior Authority after extending opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of representation / application.

Sindhudurg on 28th January 2019 and as such no separate notice requiring his presence before the concerned Authority is necessary. 3] The grievance of the petitioner shall not be rejected on the technical ground of limitation and the same shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4] In view of above, Writ Petition is disposed.
