Both, learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 state that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have filed Consent Terms in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jat, District - Sangli before whom the Domestic Violence proceedings were pending. A copy of the

WP 589-16.doc Consent Terms entered into is tendered. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner be permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs. 50,000/- alongwith accrued interest, if any which is deposited in this Court. 3.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 has no objection. 4.

Accordingly, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs. 50,000/- alongwith accrued interest, if any, till date on showing proof of his identity.

In view of the Consent Terms, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. 6.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 7.

In view of disposal of the Writ Petition, the Cri. Appln. No. 295 of 2016 does not survive and the same is also disposed of. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
