Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-husband, on instructions, submits that Shri Amol Balasaheb Pawar has no objection to transfer the proceedings in the Matrimonial Petition No. 230/2020 filed by him in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli-Family Court Sangli.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
