DATE : 2 MARCH, 2015 P.C. : 1] This petition can be disposed of by the following order agreed to by and between the petitioners on one hand and the respondent Nos.1 to 4 on the other hand:
(a) Both the parties to maintain status quo in respect of the impugned judgment and order dated 17 November 2014 as also the suit property which is the subject matter of the proceedings before the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune (Additional Commissioner), during the pendency and final disposal of the petitioners' Revision Application No.622 of 2014;
(b) The Additional Commissioner is directed to dispose of the Revision Application No.622 of 2014 within a period of two months from today;

DSS 26-wp-1607-15 (c) Parties to appear before the Additional Commissioner on 16 March 2015 at 11.00 a.m. to obtain directions in the matter of disposal of Revision Application;
(d) In view of the same, the impugned order dated 7 January 2015 is set aside.
2] It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter and all the contentions of all parties are kept open for the decision by the Additional Commissioner. 3] Parties to act upon an authenticated copy of this order. 4] The Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
