2) Present Application is seeking condonation of 160 days delay in filing the Appeal.

3) The delay is not huge. No disadvantage is gained by the Applicant on account of the said delay. The Appellant has deposited the entire compensation amount with the Tribunal. The learned Advocate submitted that the Appellant has good case on merit. 4) In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, the Application deserves to be allowed.
