2) Present Application is seeking for stay to the impugned Judgment and Award dated 23rd May, 2022 passed in M.A.C.P. No.33 of 2019, by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Khed, District Ratnagiri. 3) Learned Advocate for the Applicant-Insurance Company stated that the Order dated 8th November, 2023 has been complied with by depositing the entire compensation amount with the Tribunal. In view thereof, the interim stay granted by the said Order is confirmed till the final disposal of the Appeal.
