Mr. Tajane, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to pursue application at Exhibit-180. 2.

He makes a request that the Trial Court be directed to decide the application in an expeditious manner. I am not aware about the pendency of cases before the Trial Court. However considering the fact that application at Exhibit-180 is pending since 24 January 2019, I am sure that the Trial Court would take due notice of the same while deciding the application.
