This matter is moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 8.2.2019. In the first sentence of para 7, the words, "at the outset that the petitioner is at fault for not conducting cross examination and, therefore," are deleted. Thus, after correction, the 1st sentence of para 7 would read as under: "Learned counsel Mr.Joshi, appearing on behalf of petitioner accused, submits that the petitioner be given last opportunity to cross examine the complainant and his witnesses in all these matters."
