By this Application, the Applicant is seeking for condonation of 158 days delay in filing the Appeal.

2) The delay is not huge. No advantage is gained by the Applicant on account of the said delay. The Appellant has deposited entire amount of compensation with the Tribunal.

3) In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, the Application deserves to be allowed. Hence, following Order :- (a) Interim Application No.15437 of 2023 is allowed.
