This Application is seeking for stay to the impugned Judgment and order dated 25th May, 2022 passed in M.A.C.P. No.37 of 2019, by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Khed, District Ratnagiri. 2) Learned Advocate for the Applicant-Insurance Company stated that the Order dated 8th November, 2023 has been complied with by depositing the compensation amount.
