This matter is moved at the instance of the Appellant seeking extention of time to pay cost of Rs. 15,000/- to the Respondent-Trust. Accordingly, the time granted by clause no. (vi) of paragraph no. 5 is extended by further two weeks. 2.

By order dated 16th December, 2022, the First Appeallate Court is requested to dispose of the Appeal challenging Judgment and Decree dated 26th September, 2011 passed in Regular Civil Suit No. 351 of 1998 on or

The Appellant as well as the Respondents to appear before the learned First Appellate Court on 30th January, 2023 for fxing the schedule of hearing of the First Appeal. Both the parties to produce copy of this Order as well as Order dated 16th December, 2022 before the First Appellate Court.
