By this Civil Application, the Applicant Insurance Co. is seeking condonation of 48 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 08.07.2013 passed by the MACT, Gadhinglaj, Dist. Kolhapur in MACP No.44/2010.
